I didn't understand the use of the Masonic symbol (the carpenter's square and the old style compass were symbols of the Masonic guilds that grew out of early America's working artisans, and the symbol G that refers to YOD the Hebrew anti-God) as it doesn't apply to G.W. Bush - so I don't see how it could represent a door unlocking the path to the Presidency - nearly all of our Presidents were masons.

I think the Masonic seal and the seal of Fox News (as if Fox News is in collusion with the Bush Administration - it's no secret Rupert Murdoch is a pretty sympathetic supporter) are the extent of the conspiracies, but the video seems to imply that Bush is John the Revalator (sp?) and that with his words he is signaling the Christian 'end times' spoken of in the Revelations.

Want to know my favorite conspiracy theory? A bunch of Arabs sneak in to the country without anyone knowing, train themselves how to fly airplanes in America, do poorly in training then fly the planes in to the Pentagon and the Twin Towers without the U.S. government even having a clue and without the planes being shot out of the sky in the most militarily capable country on earth. Damn that Pentagon must not have air defense at all! Then get this, the planes totally evaporate but one paper / plastic passport from one of the hijackers is magically found on the ground linking everything back to a terrorist group lead by a religious zealot in the middle of a desert on a dialysis machine that nobody can find.

Conspiracy abounds. Whether I provide theory or not is the issue. When simply stating facts and not drawing conclusions (theorizing) I must beg the pass on the derisive label. And yes, the government's official story on 9/11 is conspiracy theory mixed with coincidentalism filling in the unexplainable gaps.

Interesting fact: Osama Bin Laden has not been charged for the acts of terrorism that transpired on 9/11. The FBI's Rex Tomb (whatta' name!) - Chief of Investigative Publicity for the FBI - stated,

“The reason why 9/11 is not mentioned on Usama Bin Laden’s Most Wanted page is because the FBI has no hard evidence connecting Bin Laden to 9/11.”

No, that's a fallacy. I remember them saying that the conspiracy nuts have been picking the frames from the videos that appear stretched in order to build up that argument. I find it hard to believe that you fall for this stuff.

Yeah, I just went back and watched it and it is obvious the image you have is a frame picked to make him look different. The video itself is squashed in terms of the aspect ration, everything looks wider than it should be. As far as the skin tone the other Arabs in the room look that dark, too, it's a matter of light.

Another point I thought was interesting is that the conspiracy theorists always talk about how bin Laden is left handed, but in the video he writes with his right hand. If you notice the watch they also mention is also on his right hand. Most right handed people that I know wear their watches on their left wrist. I don't know why he wrote with his right hand, but then I really don't know why he does much of what he does.

In the end, if you are going to go that far with these theories... why would they do something so obvious? Why bin Laden at all? Why not invent their own terrorist group and keep the guy in their pocket? If you can engineer the kind of demolition they accuse the government of engineering, you couldn't engineer a better double and tape than that?

It's the same silly thing we get all the time. The evil powers that be are so powerful and intelligent that they can engineer impossible things, but they are so stupid they make all these mistakes. Come on. There are constant leaks out of the Pentagon and the White House. Yet somehow that is the one secret they can keep?

The squished look might come from the Pentagon's addition of English subtitles at the bottom of the screen, however, some feel that even with the aspect ratio..erm...aspect, there are recognizable differences between the Osama in this video and the Osama's in other videos.

* Osama is less well nourished.
* Osama has lower and less full cheeks.
* Osama's forehead slopes back more.

Regardless of our perceptions of the video tape, the FBI have apparently not seen it as compelling enough evidence to charge Bin Laden with the attacks of 9/11. Period.

Remember, Bakerstreet, the 9/11 'official story' is the conspiracy theory. I have offered nothing but criticisms and facts that contradict and question it. I'm not trying to make up a new story, I'm just poking at the original.
